Management charges a $250 non-refundable administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to establishment of a file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the deposit of $250 and the application fee of $45/adult at the time of application. Utility billling for water, sewer, & trash is calculated by RUBS and will be paid to a third party vendor. Electricity, Gas, Internet, & Cable are separate through the utility company and will be billed directly to the resident. A government issued photo ID is required when touring, at the time of application, and move in. All applicants must complete the application within 48 hours or the apartment will be put back on the market and the application will be considered cancelled. If your administrative fee, deposit, and application fees are retuned due to insufficient bank funds during the application process you will be required to pay a $50.00 service fee.
